Reception open 24 hrs a day. Delighted to be able to assist you with bilingual staff that will give you all kinds of information you may need during your stay.
We have a tourist office where you can buy the main tourist services of the city such as the City Tour, the excursion to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
We provide the pick-up service from Cusco airport to all our guests. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a sign with your name. this service cost 30 soles.
Free WI-FI Internet service throughout the establishment. Ask at reception and they will give you the details of accessing the wireless network without cost.
A la carte breakfast; fresh fruits, freshly baked bread, Andean products, Peruvian coffee, etc.

Regarding transportation from the hotel to the Cusco airport, we offer you safe taxi service at S / .15.00 soles, coordinate with the reception the time you want to be picked up from the hotel, keep in mind that it is advisable to be in the airport about 2 hours before, since the normal route takes between 15 to 20 minutes.
